About the Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager & Strategist to lead the growth and storytelling across Gather Circle’s social platforms. You’ll manage content calendars, campaigns, and analytics while coordinating with our video editors, design team, and leadership to ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice and drives results. This role combines creativity with systems thinking—you’ll use data, tools, and strategy to build consistent, scalable growth across multiple sub-brands.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Develop strategy for brand positioning, community growth, and conversion funnels.

Coordinate with content editors and designers to maintain Gather Circle’s visual and tone consistency.

Use GHL (GoHighLevel), ManyChat, and Perspective.so to create and manage marketing automations, lead flows, and DM campaigns.

Manage and optimize the Circle.so community for engagement and retention.

Maintain planning dashboards and campaign reports inside Notion and Linear.

Collaborate with internal teams through Slack and track performance analytics.

Work with Kit and other ad platforms to track and report campaign metrics.

Research trends, hashtags, and content angles that align with Gather Circle’s brand voice.

Compensation

Hourly base pay or monthly retainer, based on experience.

Performance-based bonus tied to engagement, growth, and campaign conversions.

Schedule

Remote position based in U.S. Eastern Time (EST).

Flexible hours with required availability for team syncs and campaign launches.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing social media for a brand or creator.

Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement growth, and funnel-driven marketing.

Familiarity with real estate, entrepreneurship, or personal development brands preferred.

Skilled with automation tools like GHL, ManyChat, and Perspective.so.

Organized, creative, and data-driven with strong communication skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and stay consistent across platforms.
