Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a background in the insurance industry and is comfortable handling client communication, preparing quotes, performing policy servicing tasks, and assisting with sales.
You will be working closely with our insurance agents to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and efficient policy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and carriers
Prepare and compare insurance quotes for auto, home, and other personal lines using EZLYNX as a rater
Assist with renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
Follow up with leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the management system
Provide excellent customer service through timely and professional communication
Support agents with administrative and sales-related tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance office setting
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance (auto, home, renters, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable making and receiving calls
Familiar with insurance management systems (e.g., EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
Experience working with US-based insurance agencies
