Kajabi Ecosystem & Automation Specialist

The Psychic Soul is hiring a Kajabi Ecosystem & Automation Specialist to support our growing spiritual wellness platform, app, membership, courses, and facilitator training programs.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled inside Kajabi and confident working with offers, products, email sequences, broadcasts, funnels, tags, segments, automations, community features, checkout flows, coupons, and customer journeys.

This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, clean organization, intuitive customer experience, and meaningful work.

You will help build and maintain behavioral-based automated systems throughout The Psychic Soul ecosystem, including free meditation funnels, Lunar Reset journeys, Soul Society membership paths, Facilitator’s Path onboarding, Template delivery, newsletters, community engagement, and customer follow-up.

You must be current with Kajabi’s latest features or excited to stay current. Experience with Kajabi automations, tags, funnels, offers, and email sequences is required.

This role may include:
Building and testing Kajabi automations
Creating and organizing tags and segments
Setting up email sequences and broadcasts
Supporting product, offer, and checkout setup
Creating simple customer journey maps
Managing access rules and delivery flows
Supporting Kajabi Community and app experience
Testing funnels from opt-in to purchase to onboarding
Documenting backend systems clearly
Using AI tools to support workflow while preserving brand voice
Helping create a smooth, safe, intuitive customer experience
