HighLevel Technical VA Needed - AI Implementation Specialist

I'm looking for an experienced HighLevel expert to help me implement and manage the platform's full suite of AI features across my business. This includes AI content creation, inbound/outbound AI communication, conversation AI, and more. This is a long-term position for someone who loves staying on the cutting edge of marketing automation technology.
What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and configure HighLevel's AI Inbound & Outbound calling systems
Implement AI conversation features and AI agents for automated communication
Use HighLevel's AI content creation tools to generate:

Workflow automation sequences

Email campaigns and sequences
SMS messaging
Website and funnel copy
Social media content
Any other AI-generated content within the platform


Build and optimize automated workflows integrating all AI features
Configure AI appointment booking and lead qualification systems
Set up AI-powered voice assistants for phone interactions
Troubleshoot and refine AI responses, scripts, and conversation flows
Configure webhooks and integrations as needed
Stay current with new HighLevel AI feature releases and implement them immediately
Document processes and train me on using the systems you build
Provide ongoing optimization and maintenance

What I'm Looking For:
Required:

Proven hands-on experience with HighLevel's AI features (not just certification)
Experience with AI-powered inbound and outbound calling in HighLevel
Strong understanding of using AI for content creation within GHL (emails, workflows, funnels, etc.)
Experience building conversation AI, AI agents, and chatbot flows
Deep knowledge of GHL workflows and automation
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Excellent written English communication
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative

Highly Preferred:

HighLevel Certified Admin (or willingness to get certified)
Experience with APIs and webhooks
Portfolio of GHL AI implementations you've completed
Experience training AI voices and conversation flows
Familiarity with other AI tools (ChatGPT, ---------- , Zapier)
Experience with AI prompt engineering for optimal content output
