???? ABOUT THE ROLE

I’m looking for a serious, skilled, and self-driven Virtual Assistant who can manage and connect all my social media platforms and run ads for my book-writing & publishing company.

You’ll be helping grow a global author brand that’s helped 1,000+ writers publish their books and build 25 streams of income from one story.
If you know how to move fast, think smart, and execute without being told twice – you’re my type of VA.

?? RESPONSIBILITIES

? Connect and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
? Run and optimize Meta Ads / Google Ads campaigns
? Track analytics + create weekly reports
? Assist with launches, funnels & email automation
? Create and schedule social content that matches our brand voice
? Communicate clearly and consistently with the team

???? REQUIREMENTS

? Minimum 5 OnlineJobs.ph AP points (required to apply)
? Experience running Facebook / Meta ads for coaching or book brands
? Strong English & writing skills
? Familiar with Canva, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite
? Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
