Sourcing & Purchase Manager (Full Time) – German Market Expert | Amazon Arbitrage Business

I am looking for a highly experienced and proactive full-time Senior Sourcing & Purchase Manager to join and strengthen my German-based Amazon Online Arbitrage business. This position is designed for someone who already brings deep knowledge of the German retail landscape, has excellent sourcing and purchasing skills, and can operate independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

You will play a key role in identifying profitable products, managing purchasing operations, maintaining sourcing structures, and supporting administrative processes related to the business.
This is not a training-level role – I am looking for someone who can start delivering results from day one.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and source profitable products from German online and retail stores that meet our defined ROI and margin targets.
• Manage and coordinate product purchases, including order tracking, communication with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to prep centers.
• Oversee stock and purchasing documentation, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
• Use analytical tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, and Arbitrage One to evaluate product performance and competitiveness.
• Monitor and optimize sourcing processes for efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with management to improve sourcing systems, identify trends, and support strategic buying decisions.
• Handle occasional administrative tasks related to supplier management, returns, and invoice control.


Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proven experience (minimum 12-18 months) in manual product sourcing within the German online arbitrage market.
• Strong understanding of German retail stores, marketplaces, and pricing dynamics (mandatory requirement).
• Hands-on experience with Keepa, SellerAmp, Google Sheets/Excel, and similar tools.
• Proven track record in purchasing management, supplier coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions responsibly.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; German language skills are a big plus.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbit/s), quiet workspace, webcam, and headset.
