We’re a growing real estate investment and wholesaling company based in the U.S., focused on helping homeowners sell their properties fast — through cash offers or creative financing options (seller financing, subject-to, lease options, etc.).
We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Virtual Assistant who can help build, manage, and optimize our real estate sales funnel — from online marketing to lead follow-up and CRM management.
Initial Setup - 1-3 days - $100 then thereafter,
Ongoing Part-time Monthly Work approx. 40 hrs ($240/month)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Funnel Management
Help build and manage free marketing funnels (Google Business, social media, Craigslist, etc.)
Post and refresh ads weekly to attract motivated sellers
Manage Google Forms / CRM to ensure all leads are properly tracked
Marketing & Outreach
Create and post real estate content (social media, blog posts, short videos, etc.)
Maintain consistent online presence and update listings
Research property owners and input data into CRM
Lead Follow-Up & Communication
Respond quickly to new leads via
Qualify seller leads based on condition, motivation, and price
Schedule calls or appointments for the acquisitions manager
Creative Financing Support
Learn and use scripts for creative deal options (seller financing, subject-to, etc.)
Update deal notes and follow-up sequences in CRM
Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs weekly (lead count, follow-ups, appointments set)
Identify opportunities to improve conversion and lead quality
