Virtual Assistant with Property Management experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our property management systems. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting software issues, researching tools to streamline our workflows, and helping with onboarding new listings across our short-let platforms (Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia, etc.).

This is a hands-on, problem-solving role for someone who enjoys technology, structured processes, and working in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

System Setup & Configuration
-Assist with setup and configuration of tools such as Breezeway, Duve, Beds24 and PriceLabs.
-Help with listing setup across OTA platforms (like Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia, etc.).
-Follow step-by-step checklists in ProcessStreet and other SOP tools.

Troubleshooting & Support
-Investigate and resolve issues such as automations not triggering (e.g., a Duve scheduled message not sent).
-Communicate with support teams or document findings clearly when escalation is needed.

Process Improvement
-Research and evaluate new tools, automations, or plugins that can improve our internal efficiency.
-Suggest workflow improvements or optimizations within existing systems.

Operational Coordination
-Maintain accurate records of system setups and listing configurations in Notion.
-Ensure platform settings, templates, and automations are consistent across properties.

Requirements

-Strong understanding of cloud-based tools and SaaS platforms.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
-Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
-Troubleshooting skills - ability to understand how systems work, and breaking things down step by step to diagnose when things go wrong
-Good communication in English (written and spoken).

Bonus points for:

-Experience with property management software (Beds24, Breezeway, Duve, etc.)
-Familiarity with OTAs (Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia)
-Knowledge of automation tools like Make (Integromat) or Zapier.
-Previous experience in the hospitality or short-let industry.
