Social Media Marketing Specialist

We own one e-commerce website and currently working on a second e-commerce website on Shopify. Our first store is niche specific while the second will be more generic store. We specifically deal in drop-shippibg from aliexpress. We are based in USA.
We are looking for a virtual assistant/social media sales expert that can help increase conversions. We are following a specific program and would share their training manuals and would expect that to be followed. Below are some requirements:

Optimize product pages/product content based on training manuals provided (40 per week)
Optimize product images based on training manuals provided (All white background, 40 per week)
Overall maintainance of shopify websites.
Research and recommend and add new products to shopify stores based on seller's reliability from aliexpress on a weekly basis (10 per week).
Post 3 new posts daily on facebook pages.
Maintain Instagram accounts for conversions.
Maintain pinterest accounts for conversions.
Create 10 facebook ads on a weekly basis based on training manuals provided.
Create niche and product specific audience matrix for all 10 products on a weekly basis.
Responsible for increasing sales by facebook conversions by running successful ads to target audience by 50% every week.

We are currently looking for a part-time individual (around 10-20) hours a week but will mover the right person to a full-time role based on results. We can determine the hourly rate based on your interview. We are also big on commisions based on montly performance, your commissions/bonuses will be solely based on monthly sales from social media ads.
