Virtual Assistant – Creator & Brand Outreach for Premium Agency (Signal & Co.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re Signal & Co. — a fast-growing creator-brand matchmaking agency helping values-aligned creators connect with premium lifestyle, wellness, and faith-based brands.

We’re looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant to help run daily outreach and lead management inside Airtable and Instagram.

Responsibilities:
• Send outreach messages (via IG + email) using provided templates and tone of voice
• Manage and update all contacts inside Airtable CRM
• Follow up with creators and brands consistently and professionally
• Handle DMs as if you’re representing the founder (training provided)
• Keep everything organized, tagged, and updated daily

Requirements:
• Excellent written English and attention to tone
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Airtable, Gmail, and Instagram (bonus if you’ve used Instantly.ai or PhantomBuster)
• Reliable internet connection and proactive communication

Preferred:
• Experience with influencer outreach, lead generation, or social media management
• Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (or partial overlap)

Compensation & Growth:
• Starting at $400/month (part-time, ~20 hrs/week)
• Raises and bonuses available based on performance
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time Outreach & Operations role ($900–1,000/month)
