Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct short pre-screening phone interviews with job applicants using our CRM and VoIP tools (training provided).
2. Handle back-office administrative tasks including data entry, record updates, and light reporting.
3. Make or receive customer phone calls—answering questions, taking notes, and scheduling appointments.
4. Keep digital records well organized and updated daily.
5. Act as the executive’s right hand: manage calendar appointments, reminders, and to-do lists; draft and format documents or messages; research small projects and vendors; and anticipate needs.
6. Summarize key daily updates and send concise end-of-day reports.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence speaking to strangers and making them feel comfortable.
• Familiarity with CRMs or online tools (we’ll train you on our systems).
• A quiet workspace, dependable computer, and reliable internet connection.
• Availability Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM Houston Time (CT).
Your Personality
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Naturally proactive—spots what needs to be done and does it.
• Consistent—meets commitments and communicates early if something changes.
• Curious—asks smart questions instead of guessing.
• Empathetic—listens carefully and treats every caller kindly.

• Opportunities for promotion into team-lead or recruiting coordinator roles.
• Long-term, full-time position with stability and growth.
