Finance & HR Admin (Singapore Company, MNL Timezone, Great Work Life Balance)

We are UpSell, a Singapore-based performance marketing agency helping interior design companies dominate their market with ads, funnels, and CRM automations that generate high-quality, exclusive leads.
We’re scaling fast — and we need ONE sharp, experienced Finance & HR Admin who loves numbers, organization, and building systems that keep everything running like clockwork.
This is not a “data entry” job.
This is a role for someone who can create systems, streamline processes, and build the financial and HR foundation of a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do
- Manage client invoicing, payments, and collection tracking.
- Handle salary disbursements, reimbursements, and monthly payroll.
- Maintain organized financial records, dashboards, and expense reports.
- Develop better systems for payment tracking, cash flow visibility, and financial forecasting.
- Manage employee records, onboarding documents, and contracts.
- Create HR tracking systems — leave, performance logs, compliance.
- Support the Head of Operations with financial summaries and monthly reports.
- Spot inefficiencies and fix them before they become problems.

You’re Perfect If You…
- Have 3–6 years of experience in finance, admin, or operations, preferably in a digital or marketing agency.
- Are strong in Google Sheets, formulas, and dashboards.
- Can take existing processes and make them better.
- Love systemizing chaos — checklists, automations, SOPs are your language.
- Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
- Are proactive, reliable, and 100% trustworthy with confidential information.

Do NOT Apply If...

- You need to be reminded about deadlines.
