What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage 10–15 interior design clients (Singapore-based).
- Be their go-to contact: send updates, follow-ups, approvals, and reminders.
- Track client satisfaction, offer smart solutions if necessary, to ensure they stay with us
- Handle onboarding calls, client follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Anticipate client needs — spot small issues before they become big ones.
You’re Perfect If You...
- Have 2–4 years experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing coordination.
- Write and speak excellent English (clear, concise, professional tone).
- Are organized, proactive, and love systems.
- Take initiative without needing reminders.
- Feel a small dopamine hit when you check things off a list .
- Have experience with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or Slack.
Do NOT Apply If...
- You ghost clients or reply slowly.
- You don’t like following checklists or systems.
- You avoid confrontation or can’t handle multiple projects at once.
- You need to be micromanaged.
