We want someone who can identify issues before they become problems, fix things quickly, and optimize sites to actually perform — without turning every change into a full-scale redesign.
We’re looking for a Senior WordPress Specialist who can jump in and take ownership of a client’s website with minimal hand-holding. That means:
Spotting layout issues before the client does.
Diagnosing slow load times like a digital detective.
Making layout changes in Elementor without breaking the whole site.
Doing plugin audits like you were born in wp-admin.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running quality assurance (QA) across pages and templates;
Troubleshooting plugin or layout issues;
Making updates and fixes using Elementor;
Identifying and resolving performance issues (yes, we want those Lighthouse scores UP);
Maintaining a clean, functional, and user-friendly website.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years working with WordPress (freelance experience is a plus);
Deep experience with Elementor;
Strong QA instincts — you catch broken links, weird margins, and bloated plugins faster than most devs write a console log;
Solid front-end chops: You know your way around HTML, CSS, and maybe a bit of JS;
Can work asynchronously but still communicate like a pro.
The Details
Rate: $7/hour
Time commitment: Flexible
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, if you’re awesome (and we hope you are)
This gig is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, cares deeply about doing things right, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds of WordPress.
If you're the kind of person who double-checks their work and double-checks the client’s, we want to hear from you.
Bonus points if you apply with a short note that shows you read this all the way through (cookie-cutter cover letters get the Elementor boot).
Let’s make websites that work — and work well.
