We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help create AI-assisted YouTube videos in the calm, meditative “sleep” category. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the full process — from sourcing references to generating scripts, voiceovers, visuals, and uploading the final video — using AI tools provided by our team.

???? Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creative, structured work and has a strong sense of detail. You’ll follow a clear workflow that blends automation with light manual review. No deep video editing or philosophical knowledge is required — just reliability, precision, and good digital literacy.

???? Key Responsibilities
Use a provided checklist (SOP) to create a new video from start to finish.
Research and collect reference videos within a given theme.
Generate long-form AI scripts based on structured prompts.
Produce calm, natural-sounding AI voiceovers.
Combine audio, image, and background footage into a final video.
Upload finished videos and maintain organized records in Google Drive and Trello.

?? Tools You’ll Use
Access to all required tools will be provided (except for video editing software)
Claude AI / ChatGPT – for text and script generation
11Labs (or similar) – for text-to-speech voiceovers
Google Drive & Trello – for task management and delivery


Simple editing software – such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear SOPs
Fluent English and good text comprehension
Basic video editing familiarity (timeline, layering, export)
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
Good sense of timing and aesthetics for calm / meditative content
Reliable self-management and consistent communication

Average workload: 1 video = 1 hour.

Pay per video: $7USD.
