Job Brief
The Remote Plumbing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all assigned plumbing projects for one dedicated contractor client, working with them full-time. You will act as the critical link between the client's office and their field crews.

A key function of this role is performing material takeoffs and estimation to ensure projects are profitable and crews have the necessary supplies. Success requires an intimate knowledge of the client's specific plumbing systems, exceptional organizational ability, and the discipline to manage multiple complex timelines simultaneously from your remote office.


Responsibilities
As a dedicated Remote Plumbing Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring your client's projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include:

Project Planning & Estimation: Perform accurate takeoffs and estimation of materials required for various plumbing jobs within your client's scope of work.
Coordination & Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of your client's crews, materials, and equipment logistics to ensure optimal workflow and timely project delivery.
Field Communication: Work closely with your client's field teams daily, addressing on-site issues, coordinating change orders, and ensuring clear alignment between the field and the office.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with your client, their subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to provide clear updates and manage expectations.
Documentation & Compliance: Review blueprints, job specifications, and estimates for accuracy, track progress, and manage project documentation and change orders.
Quality & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all safety standards, local plumbing codes, and the client’s internal policies.
Reporting: Report project status updates, performance metrics, and profitability analysis directly to your client's management team.
Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution to minimize delays and costs for your assigned client.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing or construction management experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work a night shift or flexible schedule if required for U.S.-based field coordination and communication.
Dedicated and reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet, a quality laptop, video camera, and headset for frequent calls.

Preferred: Experience managing residential and/or commercial plumbing projects in the U.S. market
Proven Experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing or construction industry.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Proficiency in Project Management Software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar industry-specific tools).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills for high-stakes coordination.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of local building and safety regulations.
