You’ll also support new vendor maintenance, credit applications, system setup for projects, locations, and approval workflows, as well as special projects such as VAT reclamation. These tasks will be guided during a trial period until you are fully operational and up to speed.
What You’ll Do

Monitor incoming payments from clients and maintain up-to-date records.
Apply for credit terms with new and existing vendors and maintain records of net terms and conditions.
Budget & Expense Management
Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring project P&Ls and cash flow reports.
Review and correct expense report coding, support and maintain user access and approval workflows, and flag outliers for executive review/troubleshooting.

Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries for leadership.
Collect data to support forecasting and financial planning.
Contract & Vendor Coordination
Review vendor contracts for accuracy of financial terms.
Liaise with production teams to ensure all financial documentation is complete and consistent.
Project Support
Support the CFO in coordinating the financial elements of projects, including timelines, approvals, and expense reconciliation.
Partner with operations, production, and sourcing teams to ensure projects remain on budget.
What You Bring
2+ years of finance, accounting, or business operations experience (agency, technology, experiences, or entertainment industry experience is a plus).
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, production, and operations teams.
Proactive problem solver who takes initiative in streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting creative work through financial excellence.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP systems preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
