Job Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping (QuickBooks):
• Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks
• Categorize expenses and income accurately
• Reconcile accounts monthly
2. Property Management Support:
• Communicate with tenants professionally via Management portal, phone, text, and
• Use our property management software (DoorLoop) to track maintenance requests and tenant communications
• Coordinate scheduling between tenants and maintenance technicians
• Follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion
• Help with lease renewals, rent reminders, and tenant notices
• Maintain organized digital records of communications and property-related documents
3. Personal assistance:
• Handle general administrative tasks and errands as needed
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and calendar management
• Perform online research or data entry projects
• Help with travel arrangements, purchases, and other day-to-day support tasks
• Be available and flexible to handle various one-off requests as they come up
Ideal Qualifications:
• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
• Previous experience in real estate or property management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software, CRM systems)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
Preferred (but not required):
• Familiarity with property management platforms like DoorLoop
• Basic understanding of lease agreements and property maintenance processes
