Dirt Road Design is a fast-growing custom apparel company based in Oklahoma, USA. We specialize in embroidered hats, graphic tees, and custom team and business gear. Our brand blends western and boho style with small-town authenticity.

We’re expanding across multiple sales channels — Shopify, TikTok Shop, wholesale, and local partnerships — and we’re seeking a skilled E-Commerce Marketing & Social Media Strategist to help us accelerate growth and build a strong digital presence.

Position Overview

This role is perfect for a creative marketer who thrives on results. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, managing paid ad campaigns, optimizing Shopify’s marketing tools, and creating social media content that drives engagement and sales.

You’ll work directly with our founder and be a key part of growing Dirt Road Design into a recognized lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute a marketing strategy across Shopify, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram

Create and schedule engaging content (videos, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with our brand style

Manage Shopify marketing tools, including campaigns, automations, and discount codes

Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns

Track analytics, report on performance, and identify opportunities for growth

Collaborate on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions

Repurpose UGC and customer content for social proof and advertising

Qualifications

Proven experience in Shopify marketing and social media growth

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools

Excellent written English and communication skills

Skilled in Canva or similar content design tools

Familiarity with Klaviyo (email marketing) preferred

Creative thinker who understands western, boho, or lifestyle branding

Work Details

Type: Full-time (long-term)

Schedule: Flexible, must overlap 2–3 hours with US Central Time (Oklahoma)

Compensation: $700–$800/month during the 90-day trial; increases to $900–$1,000/month + performance bonuses upon proven results
