We’re a fast-growing construction and real estate company that’s heavily focused on automation, marketing, and scalability.
We already use GoHighLevel / Javier CRM, Slack, and other communication tools, but we’re ready to take our automation systems to the next level — and we need a pro who can make it happen.

???? Responsibilities
• Build, audit, and optimize automated workflows inside GoHighLevel / Javier CRM.
• Set up automated appointment booking, SMS/email follow-up sequences, and pipeline triggers.
• Manage Zapier integrations between CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, Calendly, and other platforms.
• Create Slack notifications and task automation for our team.
• Automate marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead follow-up flows.
• Troubleshoot errors, test workflows, and ensure data sync across platforms.
• Document all automations and maintain workflow diagrams for easy updates.

???? Qualifications
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (or Javier CRM)
• Advanced skills in Zapier, Slack automation, and Google Workspace integrations
• Knowledge of marketing funnels, SMS automations, and email campaigns
• Experience in lead management systems, sales pipelines, and appointment scheduling automations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable internet and ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours

? Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with webhooks, API connections, or custom triggers/actions
• Background in marketing automation, CRM setup, or sales process design
• Familiarity with tools like Make (Integromat), ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot

• $150–$200 USD per week (based on experience)
• Full-time, long-term position (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: 8 AM – 6 PM CST (U.S. time)
• Paid weekly | Growth opportunities available
