Technical Specialist

The Technical Specialist will oversee and optimize the automation systems that drive efficiency across the team. This role focuses on maintaining, improving, and strategically expanding integrations between platforms such as Zapier, Asana, Slack, Close CRM, Zoom, and GSuite. You’ll ensure smooth communication, reliable workflows, and well-documented processes that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain and optimize automation workflows using Zapier and other integration tools.
-Oversee Asana project workflows, ensuring automations and task flows function as intended.
-Manage Slack integrations, alerts, and workflow automations to enhance internal communication.
-Customize and optimize Close CRM pipelines, automations, and reporting dashboards.
-Integrate and manage communication systems across Zoom and GSuite.
-Document automation systems and create SOPs or guides for tea ---------- mbers.
-Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability of all automations.
-Identify new opportunities to improve productivity and system efficiency through automation
