Virtual Assistant / Social Media Specialist for Photography Business Specializing in Babies, Families, Boudoir, and Branding

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our photography business, focusing on the unique needs of families, motherhood, boudoir and branding. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work independently while aligning with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Create engaging carousels using the Scrll app by selecting images and writing compelling captions.
- Schedule posts on Instagram utilizing Planoly or a similar platform.
- Actively post in local Facebook groups to enhance community engagement.
- Develop captivating posts and reels and create a meaningful journey for our audience.
- Research holidays, create a marketing plan and corresponding content

Content Writing:
- Craft engaging blogs and captions that emulate our current writing style.
- Communicate effectively with our female audience on topics related to motherhood.
- Research relevant topics independently and generate fresh content ideas.
- Write content for emails, web pages, and other marketing materials.

SEO Specialist:
- Prepare images for our blog, ensuring they are optimized for search engines.
- Write captivating blog articles that reflect our brand’s voice and resonate with our audience.
- Upload and format content on WordPress, optimizing it for Google search.
- Proficiency in SEO optimization.

Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
- Ability to receive/transfer content via Dropbox.
- Competence in using the Scrll app to prep images for Instagram.
- SEO, Wordpress and showit experience.
- Graphic design background preferred.
