Part-Time E-Commerce Customer Support Representative (European Languages)

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have real experience handling customer support for online stores in Europe — ideally German and/or French shops, but experience with any European language (such as Dutch, Italian, Spanish, etc.) will also be considered.

????? Your Responsibilities:

Reply to customer inquiries via email and support ticket platforms in a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone

Use our ready-made response templates and GPT tools to ensure consistent, high-quality replies

Help customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and product questions

Escalate complex cases to the internal team and ensure proper follow-up

Suggest improvements to FAQs, templates, and support workflows over time

? Requirements:

Experience with e-commerce customer support (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar)

Previous experience supporting European customers — ideally German or French, but Dutch, Italian, or other languages are also valuable

Ability to work with pre-written templates and adapt them to different situations

Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

Experience handling PayPal disputes, refunds, and tracking inquiries

Understanding of EU consumer expectations and communication styles
