Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Outreach

We are a nationwide mobile billboard provider seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and lead generation efforts.

Scope of Work:

Manage and publish blog posts on company websites (topics and instructions provided).

Create new blog content related to marketing, events, and mobile advertising.

Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page — posting updates, interacting, and engaging with followers.

Conduct email outreach to marketing and advertising agencies, sending company info and service details.

Assist with lead generation and follow-up communication with potential clients.

Requirements:

Strong writing and communication skills

Basic understanding of marketing or advertising

Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools
