JOB OVERVIEW

I'm seeking a highly organized and communicative Virtual Assistant to work closely with me on a daily basis. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to have extended voice conversations to help organize my thoughts, ideas, and tasks into actionable plans and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Voice Communication: Engage in 2-4 hours of voice calls daily to discuss projects, ideas, and priorities
- Thought Organization: Listen to my ideas and organize them into clear, actionable plans and task lists
- Document Creation: Create and manage Google Docs with meeting notes, project outlines, and action items
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders in Google Calendar
- Task Management: Create and maintain project timelines and follow up on action items
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English Communication: Must be fluent in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation
- Google Workspace Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Google Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to structure information logically and create clear documentation
- Active Listening: Skilled at understanding complex ideas and translating them into organized formats
- Reliable Internet & Equipment: High-speed internet connection and quality headset for clear voice communication
- Availability: Must be available for extended voice calls during overlapping work hours

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ---------- )
- Background in note-taking and meeting facilitation
- Familiarity with business documentation and professional formatting
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or busy professionals

Work Schedule
- Hours: 40+ hours per week
- Time Zone/Schedule: 7am - 4pm daily (GMT-5)
- Communication: Daily voice calls required, with additional availability for urgent matters
