We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing medical marketing agency. You’ll collaborate closely with our Media Buying team to produce high-performing ad creatives for social media platforms.

You should able to design clean, conversion-driven visuals for ads, landing pages, and social content. You should understand modern ad creative aesthetics and be comfortable using Canva (experience with other tools like CapCut or Adobe Tools is a plus).

Your daily tasks will include:

Designing static and video ads in Canva based on briefs from the Media Buying team
Developing new creative concepts and ideas for ad campaigns
Sourcing and selecting stock footage and images for use in campaigns
Editing video ads to improve engagement and performance
Supporting the Media Buying team with simple administrative tasks when needed

Who you are:

You have a strong eye for design, composition, and trends in digital advertising
You’re comfortable working in Canva (experience with other tools like CapCut or Adobe Tools is a plus)
You’re proactive, organized, and can balance creativity with structure
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Team-player with good communication skills
Able to follow step-by-step instructions

Requirements:

Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
Able to follow step-by-step instructions
Stable electricity
A good quality headset
Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
