Ready to perform? Your tasks:
Support in order processing and order management (back-office)
Preparation and maintenance of customer and order data
Creation and provision of customs and export documents
Coordination with logistics regarding product availability
Support in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
Administrative assistance in handling claims and returns (in collaboration with Logistics & Customer Success Specialists)
Preparation of reports, overviews, and analyses to support Customer Success Specialists
Your skillset:
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in order processing, back-office or administration is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, ideally also SAP knowledge
Very good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
Strong team player with a service mindset
High level of self-motivation and hands-on mentality
