-IT Support Specialist

Telerivet Inc. is an international cloud communications provider headquartered in San Francisco, California. The company’s lightweight, user-friendly interface allows businesses and organizations to communicate with their customers and employees anywhere in the world from one web-browser window. SMS, voice and automated features are all available to even the smallest organizations without writing one line of code.

-Position Overview

Telerivet is building out its offerings in Asia, and is looking to hire IT Support Specialists. The primary responsibility of the IT Support Specialist is to provide in office or remote tier-1 support to our customers using email, SMS, and phone. The position requires technical expertise, customer service orientation, professionalism, and confidentiality.


-Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Respond to customer requests for support to use Telerivet’s platform

Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting over email and the phone

Refer issues to tier-2 support when necessary

Perform follow-up call-backs with customers

Keep up-to-date on all Support Center processes and troubleshooting procedures

Ability and willingness to resolve support requests as they are received and as quickly as possible.


-Required Experience and Skills:

Willingness to learn how to use the Telerivet platform and develop the proficiency necessary to help customers use it

General computer and mobile phone proficiency

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to customer service

Commitment to knowledge sharing among team members

Self-motivated with the ability to meet company goals while working remotely.


-Required education:

Bachelor’s degree


-Required experience:

2+ years of customer support experience
