Generating leads real estate

I'm looking for someone who is capable of generating leads for motivated sellers of real estate.
?This will involve data processing and scraping tasks such as:?- identifying real estate listings for properties that have not sold in over 60-90 days?- reviewing classified advertisements for private real estate owners ?- etc.

?You must have experience working with real estate companies or private real estate investors.
You are well experienced with CRM system Podio.
Your Communication skills are excellent and your English is good in speaking and writing.
