Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager whose sole focus is ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our recurring customers. This role is all about proactive communication - after every clean, you’ll reach out to clients to check on their experience, resolve any issues, and make sure they’re consistently happy with our service.
The goal of this position is to reduce customer churn and strengthen long-term relationships by providing clients with a single, friendly, and reliable point of contact within TidyDen. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our customers feel heard, valued, and cared for after every clean.
Key Responsibilities
- Call each recurring customer after their scheduled clean to check in, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recurring clients, acting as their dedicated point of contact.
- Address and resolve any service issues promptly by coordinating with the operations and cleaning teams.
- Record and track customer feedback, reporting insights and recurring issues to management.
- Identify trends in client satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Proactively engage with clients to maintain retention and reduce churn.
- Uphold TidyDen’s values of professionalism, reliability, and genuine care in every customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent verbal and written English with a clear, friendly, and professional speaking tone.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client relations (preferably in a service-based business).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle feedback professionally and turn potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable using CRM systems or client tracking tools.
- Stable and reliable internet connection with a backup line or contingency plan.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for making professional customer calls.
