JOB OVERVIEW

Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead Management & Client Onboarding

* Monitor and respond to all incoming enquiries (email, DMs, website forms) promptly and professionally.
* Pre-qualify leads using provided scripts and book consultation calls through Calendly.
* Maintain and update the CRM (Airtable/HubSpot) with lead status, contact history, and follow-ups.
* Manage client onboarding: send welcome emails, forms, agreements, and Trainerize access.
* Track payments, renewals, and program start dates.

Audience Nurture

* Manage and segment email lists in ConvertKit (or similar).
* Send nurture emails, newsletters, and check-in reminders.
* Re-engage past clients and cold leads using provided templates.
* Support client retention by monitoring check-ins and sending milestone messages.
* Help collect client testimonials and organize them for marketing.

Content & Marketing Support

* Repurpose existing content (posts, emails, videos) into social captions or short-form pieces.
* Schedule posts and stories across social media platforms (using tools like Later, Metricool, or Meta Business Suite).
* Track content engagement metrics and report weekly results.
* Maintain a content ideas list and collaborate on upcoming campaigns or launches.
* Engage with the audience (liking, commenting, replying to DMs) to build relationships and attract leads.

Admin & Operations

* Keep all files organized in Google Drive (SOPs, templates, client folders).
* Maintain up-to-date SOPs for all recurring tasks and automations.
* Coordinate your schedule, calls, and client check-ins.
* Ensure all systems and automations (forms, emails, workflows) are running smoothly.
* Prepare a weekly performance report summarizing leads, conversions, content results, and client metrics.

Requirements:
* Excellent English and communication skills
* Experience in admin, customer service, or lead generation
* Familiarity with fitness/wellness industry a plus
