We’re looking for a creative partner who can bring structure, consistency, and energy to how we communicate our impact. This role goes beyond traditional content creation—it’s about storytelling that builds confidence, credibility, and connection.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and post client testimonials, reviews, and success stories (videos, screenshots, reels, etc.)
Design branded visuals and layouts using Canva or Adobe tools
Develop a content calendar to structure JobPlug’s weekly content releases
Create before-and-after transformations that highlight client success and measurable results
Manage content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Collaborate directly with JobPlug leadership on campaign ideas, visuals, and scheduling
Maintain a consistent, modern, and motivational brand aesthetic across all channels

Ideal Candidate
Possesses a strong creative eye and passion for visual storytelling
Organized, proactive, and deeply interested in career development and branding
Understands how to repurpose content strategically to maximize engagement
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools
Experienced in managing timelines, content folders, and post scheduling

We want someone who can take our existing materials—photos, testimonials, and proof of success—and transform them into a compelling, structured visual narrative that showcases how JobPlug is changing lives.
