Hello, I am seeking a skilled and experienced individual to be my virtual assistant with experience being a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, with excellent spoken and written English. I am looking for candidates who have:
-3 - 5+ years in call center, pharmacy admin, healthcare intake, or senior-facing customer support.
-Empathy + clarity on the phone; patient, professional, and dependable with seniors.
-High-accuracy data entry; 45+ WPM preferred.
-Strong written communication
-Comfortable with Google Workspace, e-fax tools, and CRMs/portals
-HIPAA mindset: handle PHI correctly; follow scripts and SOPs precisely; no medical advice.
Your tasks are:
-Welcome Calls (Primary): Call newly enrolled seniors, verify identity, confir
-Guide the Process: Collect required consents, wet-ink signatures when needed, and income docs (e.g., SSA award letters/1040/pay stubs). Provide clear instructions and timelines.
-Prescriber Coordination: Prepare/fax packets, follow up on signatures, and resolve missing/incorrect items; be the friendly squeaky wheel.
-Case Management: Update the broker portal/CRM at each step (Intake ? Provider Signatures ? Manufacturer Decision ? First Fill ? Renewal).
-Member Support: Send
-Accuracy & Compliance: Perform high-accuracy data entry; protect PHI; follow HIPAA and documented SOPs; escalate exceptions fast.
