Korean-Speaking K-Beauty Partnerships & Sourcing Specialist (Part-Time / PH-based)

WIFOZ is a distributor focused on authentic Korean beauty (K-Beauty). We’re expanding our pipeline of Korean brands and need a Filipino specialist who can research brands, contact decision makers, book meetings, and support paperwork with Korean teams.

Role Summary
You will be our point person to:
• Identify Korean brands/wholesalers/regional distributors (skincare, haircare, dermacosmetics).
• Find and verify decision-maker contacts (BD/Sales/Global Partnerships).
• Book appointments (email/LinkedIn/Instagram/phone in Korean), manage follow-ups, and maintain a pipeline.
• Prepare meeting briefs, keep notes, and coordinate schedules (KST/GMT+1).
• Support document flow for brand onboarding (price lists, catalogs, compliance docs; assist in arranging brand confirmations when needed).
• Join online calls as interpreter; occasional travel support to Seoul is a plus.

Requirements
• Korean language: business level (phone + email + DMs). TOPIK 3+ or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent English; solid B2B communication etiquette.
• Proven experience in research, lead generation, appointment setting, or vendor sourcing.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs, CRM (HubSpot/Sheets), and simple reporting.
• Organized, persistent, and respectful in follow-ups.

Nice to Have
• Prior exposure to K-Beauty or Korea trade (KOTRA/tradeKorea/buyKOREA).
• Familiarity with Seoul business districts (Gangnam/Mapo/COEX/KINTEX).
• Can accompany us to meetings in Korea (optional).

Google Workspace, Sheets/CRM, email, LinkedIn/IG, Zoom/Google Meet.

KPIs (first 60–90 days)
• 120 qualified brands mapped + 200 verified contacts.
• 15–20 meetings booked with decision makers.
• Clear notes & next steps for each brand; weekly progress summary.

Compensation & Perks
