Full-Time Virtual Assistant — Lead Generation, Social Media & Operations Support Company: Golden Hour Production (CT, US

About Us:
We are a fast-growing video production company in the U.S. that creates cinematic films for weddings, restaurants, farms, real estate, and brands.
We are looking for a long-term, proactive VA who can help us grow. This role is not about doing random tasks. We’re looking for someone who can become a key part of our daily operations so the founder can focus on creative direction and scaling the business.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Support
– Check and respond to leads daily (Thumbtack, Bark, Zola, Facebook, and other platforms)
– Send messages using our templates and qualify leads
– Schedule meetings on the calendar and follow up

Social Media Management:
– Schedule and post Reels and videos on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
– Research trends, hashtags, and sounds to grow reach
– Engage with comments and DMs
– Coordinate with editors to ensure consistent content flow

Project Coordination:
– Organize files and footage, send them to editors, and track deadlines
– Manage revisions and final delivery to clients
Admin & Client Experience
– Send contracts, invoices, and reminders
– Confirm shoot details and logistics
– Collect testimonials and keep files organized

Qualifications:
– Excellent English (written and spoken)
– Proactive and able to work independently
– Highly organized and detail oriented
– Strong understanding of social media platforms
– Bonus if you’ve worked with creative, media, or marketing teams before


Work Schedule:
– Full-time
– Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred
– Long-term position with opportunities to grow
