We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence across both traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven search platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on technical detail, understands the nuances of content optimisation, and can anticipate how search behaviour is shifting in the age of AI.

As our Onsite SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimising website architecture, content, and metadata to improve visibility, rankings, and discoverability. You’ll work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to ensure our digital assets are not only search-friendly but also AI-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify onsite issues and opportunities.
- Optimise site structure, internal linking, and navigation for both user experience and search engine crawlers.
- Refine metadata, schema markup, and structured data to improve visibility in Google SERPs and AI search summaries.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure keyword alignment, topical authority, and semantic optimisation.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Stay ahead of AI search trends (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT integrations) and adapt onsite strategies accordingly.
- Track and report on organic performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Partner with developers to implement technical SEO fixes and ensure best practices are embedded in site builds.
- Research competitor strategies and emerging opportunities in both SEO and AI search.
