About Fit Kit Studio:

We are an international creative agency that helps gyms, fitness studios, and fitness businesses stand out and scale organically without breaking the bank on ads. We support them with branding, website, marketing materials, social media, and marketing consultation.

We’re small, but growing, and we have a strong belief that the work we do will not only benefit the businesses we work with, but also the people they serve. Our legacy of positive impact in the US (and the world) will be realized through bettering communities through fitness and health, serving as a proxy for our clients.

Requirements:
Have 2+ years of video editing experience
High-Speed Internet Access, Reliable Fast Computer, and Daily Availability (Monday-Friday)
Must be available for at least 2 hours for Zoom calls between 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. or 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. US Central Time, Monday–Friday.
Great communication skills
Creative eye
Ability to follow creative briefs and instructions
But also the ability to create with open-ended objectives
Fluent English
(VERY) Detail-oriented
Organized and process-driven
Capable of learning new skills
Capable of initiating tasks and being self-sufficient.
Strong research, data management, and basic social media knowledge is necessary.
KPIs include on-time task completion, proactive communication, and quick turnarounds.
Experience with social media, shorts & reels plus Youtube is strongly preferred.

The applicant must also be technologically savvy with the following platforms:
Adobe Premiere
Adobe After Effects (Not required but a plus)
Ability to add plugins and extensions to Premiere
Notion (Project Management)
Shade Inc. (for file sharing and storage)
Loom
Dropbox/Google Drive
Slack
We’ll be using extensions such as Brevity for Captions

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing
Editing on Premiere Pro
Create animated graphics using After Effects
Follow SOPs and Briefs for instructions

Additional Info:
Qualified candidates will be selected to perform a test edit followed by an online interview.
We are hiring up to three editors at once for a paid trial period (may be utilized for part-time or full-time, paid hourly at $6/hr).
All hires will sign a standard non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement.
Finalist(s) will be selected after 4 weeks and hired full-time for 40 hours a week.
Full contract activated upon successful completion.
Invoices are paid out and submitted bi-weekly via Wise.
