About Us

We’re a top-producing real estate team with RE/MAX Legendary, focused on residential sales in the Hickory, North Carolina region.
We already use Canopy MLS for listings and Dotloop for contracts.
We’re ready to scale our lead generation using GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads, and automated follow-ups — and we’re looking for a marketing VA who can manage the entire system.

Your Role

You will manage our real estate marketing automation system end-to-end:
• Create and manage Facebook & Instagram lead ads (buyer + seller campaigns)
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows for follow-ups, tagging, and pipelines
• Integrate GHL ? Dotloop for clients who go under contract
• Maintain and update listing drip campaigns from Canopy MLS
• Report weekly lead performance (CPL, appointments, ROI)
• Communicate with our lead agent (via Slack or email) about qualified leads

Daily Tasks

? Check new Facebook leads and ensure they sync into GoHighLevel
? Monitor active ads — pause, duplicate, or adjust targeting as needed
? Launch new ad creatives monthly (use Canva templates or provided graphics)
? Maintain text/email automations (follow-up workflows)
? Verify Zapier integrations (GoHighLevel ? Dotloop)
? Produce weekly KPI reports (cost per lead, conversion rate, booked appointments)

Tools You’ll Use
• GoHighLevel (Real Estate Snapshot)
• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
• Zapier / Make (for Dotloop integration)
• Canva (for ad creatives)
• Dotloop (for contract automation)
• Google Sheets & Drive (for reporting and file organization)

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience running real estate marketing or automations
• Must know GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and triggers
• Experience setting up Meta lead ads (housing category)
• Strong English communication skills (for SMS and email copy)
• Detail-oriented and reliable — accuracy matters when handling leads
• Familiarity with Dotloop, KV Core, or similar CRMs is a plus

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Act ad compliance
• Understanding of buyer vs. seller funnels
• Experience with North Carolina real estate or MLS systems
• Bonus: Graphic design experience with Canva

Schedule & Pay
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Pay: $700–$900/month USD
• Long-term position with performance-based raises
