Schedule: 1 PM – 5 PM Philippine Time (Monday–Friday)
Type: Part-Time (20hrs/week) Remote
Reports To: Product Manager

We move quickly, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple moving parts, and ensures everything runs smoothly — from product preparation to shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Product Coordination
• Compile spec sheets and comments for products or collections and confirm with the Tech Designer or Product Development Manager.
• Review inspection reports and size charts, and raise any issues to the factory.
• Request revision timelines and update Asana tasks accordingly.

Shipping Management
• Gather shipment details (box size, weight, quantity) and request shipment quotes from forwarders.
• Compare and select the best quote, process payments, and monitor shipment progress.
• Update Asana tasks with tracking numbers, ETAs, and shipment links.
• Follow up regularly to ensure on-time shipment and accurate updates.

Inventory Oversight
• Calculate cost per item, reserve quantities, and fabric usage per product.
• Add measurements and material information to product listings in Shopify and ShipHero.
• Adjust inventory quantities for pre-orders and batch shipments.
• Consolidate available stock and coordinate with the Product Manager for upcoming launches.

Logistics Tasks
• Convert weights and dimensions, add HS codes, and maintain Amazon SKU records.
• Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in ShipHero.
• Track and record shipment and product-related expenses.
• Add product dimensions (L x W x H) and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.

Collaboration
• Communicate with factories, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support the Product and Operations Managers in tracking product readiness and shipment efficiency.
• Keep records up to date and ensure all involved parties have the correct information.

Qualifications / Requirements
• Experience in logistics, inventory management, or e-commerce operations
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Shopify, and Asana
• Experience using ShipHero is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong numerical and analytical ability for cost calculations and tracking
• Clear and proactive communication across Slack, Asana, and email
• Knowledge of import/export processes, HS codes, and shipment tracking
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
