## About Us

Two business both doing recovery podcasts featuring real conversations with entrepreneurs about building companies while staying sober. Direct, honest, no fluff—proof that recovery can lead to wild success.

## The Role

We need a **Podcast Editor & Clip Creator** to turn raw interview recordings into polished episodes and scroll-stopping social media clips. Contract/freelance position with potential for ongoing partnership.

## What You'll Do

**Per Episode (2 Weekly on average):**
- Edit 60-120 minute raw recordings into polished episodes
- Remove filler, balance audio, enhance sound quality
- Add intro/outro, create chapter markers
- Upload to **Transistor.fm** with show notes and metadata
- Create **5-10 social media clips** (30-90 seconds, vertical video, captioned)
- Optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Brand-styled with colors and fonts (we provide brand guide)

**Turnaround:** 3-5 business days from recording

## Requirements

**Must Have:**
- 2+ years podcast editing experience (portfolio required)
- Proficient in audio/video editing software (Riverside.fm editor, Adobe Audition, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of pacing and what makes content engaging
- Ability to identify viral-worthy ---------- nts in long-form content
- Experience with conversational/interview-style content

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with Riverside.fm's built-in editing tools
- Motion graphics skills
- Experience with recovery or entrepreneurship content

- Adobe, Descript, or your preferred editing software
- Google Drive/Dropbox for file sharing

## Compensation

Choose one:
- **Per Episode:** $25-$40 USD TBD
