Creative Director Expert

Are you a creative director? We're looking for someone who has the expert ability to imagine and come up with their own creative ideas. Not someone who needs to be told exactly what to do.

So if you're the type of creator who wants free range to create cool stuff this would be a great opportunity for you.

For contexts we have a company that creates photo and video ads for ecom brands. A lot of our content includes behind the scenes videos of us making content. Some of our finished video ads, as well as photography and typography design on photos that give more of an editorial look.

We want to give you access to a folder with organized files so that you have free range to create short form videos for us to post across different platforms mainly Instagram and X. Ideally we would like to hire you for side jobs in both way editorial photography design and possibly other video edits.

But first we want the gauge your level of creativity. I will give you access to a folder to start a unpaid trial. It's pass or fail. If you pass you'll move on to the second round where we will hire you for a paid gig involving multiple videos. If you perform well on the paid gig then we will hire you longer term.

We seriously value creativity and expression. This includes your portfolio. If your portfolio does not exhibit creativity you will not be considered for this job. This means a Google Drive link will eliminate you from consideration. Please only send a portfolio.
