Wolf IQ is a fast-growing, profitable digital platform helping small to mid-sized businesses grow online. We're looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Junior Web Support professional who enjoys problem-solving, helping clients, and working hands-on in WordPress.

This role blends technical support, client communication, and WordPress troubleshooting. It's ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop real-world web skills in a remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do

As part of our support team, you’ll help manage the day-to-day technical needs of our clients and ensure their websites stay updated, secure, and functional.

Maintain and troubleshoot WordPress websites (plugin updates, theme tweaks, layout issues, content edits)

Respond to support tickets via HelpScout (email-based support system)

Run backups, site restores, and maintenance tasks using BlogVault

Support onboarding of new clients and perform account setup tasks

Update documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Flag recurring issues and assist in identifying improvements to support processes

Collaborate with developers and designers for advanced technical fixes

Prepare and deliver monthly website maintenance and performance reports

Who You Are

You have at least 1 year of experience with WordPress or general web development (freelance or academic projects count)

You’re comfortable navigating the WordPress dashboard and making updates or minor customizations

You’re a clear and confident communicator who can write professional, friendly emails

You’re proactive, well-organized, and attentive to detail

You enjoy helping others and are eager to learn more about web technology

You’re comfortable working remotely and managing your time in an asynchronous team

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Familiarity with tools like HelpScout, BlogVault, ClickUp, or Slack

Understanding of basic hosting, DNS, or domain setup

Experience creating documentation or how-to guides

Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or PHP

Experience working with clients in Australia or New Zealand is a plus
