Digital Marketing - Part-Time WordPress + Canva Assistant (4 - 5 hrs/week | Flexible Hours | Long-Term Potential)

About the Role
We’re a small digital marketing agency in the U.S. looking to grow.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented part-time Virtual Assistant who can help us with basic website and design tasks as well as other digital marketing tasks— about 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday.
This is not a high-pressure job — you’ll get clear video and written instructions for everything you need to do. Consistency and reliability are more important than being an expert.

Main Responsibilities
• ???? Update Title Tags and Meta Descriptions in WordPress (Kadence theme).
• ???? Create or duplicate website pages using existing layouts and provided content.
• ???? Use Canva to resize, crop, and brand images (add logos/text boxes) for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
• Update or create citations on various local online directories.
• ???? Schedule posts using online tools (training provided).
• ?? Do other light digital marketing or website-related tasks as needed.

Requirements
• Basic understanding of WordPress (Kadence theme is a plus).
• Confident using Canva for simple edits and resizing.
• Basic familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
• Knowledge of Zapier is a plus but not required
• Can follow video and written instructions carefully.
• Has good English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Work Details
• Schedule: ~1 hour/day (Monday–Friday), flexible during your daytime hours.
• Work From Home: 100% remote.
• Pay: USD $4–10 per hour (depending on experience). Paid weekly.
• Ongoing work: This can grow into a long-term position as we expand.
