3D Visualization / SketchUp Specialist

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualization / SketchUp Specialist to assist our design team. This position requires a strong foundation in architectural and interior design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into precise, visually engaging 3D models and renderings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in developing and refining detailed models, creating realistic materials and lighting, and producing high-quality visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.

Responsibilities
• Develop detailed 3D models based on provided CAD drawings and design sketches
• Produce and refine renderings that accurately reflect design intent and material selections
• Apply and create realistic materials, lighting, and textures to capture true-to-life finishes
• Revise existing models based on red lines and designer feedback
• Deliver high-quality renderings using Enscape or another rendering program
• Maintain and update a materials library with textures and finishes based on actual samples

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience using SketchUp and rendering software
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, architectural, and interior design principles
• Experience working with materials, furnishings, and finish palettes
• Keen eye for proportion, color accuracy, and spatial composition
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
