Marketing Automation & Tech Assistant (Video Editing + Funnel Systems)

About the Role
I’m an HR consultant and small business owner based in Australia looking for a reliable and skilled Marketing Automation & Tech Assistant.

You’ll help bring marketing ideas to life — from editing video content to building automation flows and landing pages.
You don’t need to write copy or design graphics; all creative assets will be provided. What matters is your ability to connect everything together, make it look professional, and ensure all systems run smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Edit long videos (VSLs) into short clips and reels for Instagram and Meta.
Edit raw footage into polished reels and ads ready for posting.
Build automations and message flows in ManyChat (Messenger and Instagram).
Create landing pages and forms in Squarespace.
Set up funnels that link landing pages, DMs, and email sequences.
Connect systems using Zapier for automation and efficiency.
Assist with newsletter creation and email marketing in MailerLite.
Upload, schedule, and monitor content through Meta Business Suite.
Test, troubleshoot, and document workflows for easy maintenance.

Skills & Experience
Experience with ManyChat, Zapier, and MailerLite (or similar).
Skilled in basic video editing, especially reels and ads (cutting, captions, resizing).
Understanding of funnels, email automation, and lead capture systems.
Familiarity with Squarespace or similar web builders.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required.
Strong written English and reliable communication are essential.
