About the Role
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Designer who knows how to turn great product promotions and sales into great-looking emails.

This is a creative, fast-paced role where you’ll use your design eye and marketing know-how to deliver engaging email banners that drives clicks and conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing eye-catching banners for weekly & automated email campaigns plus for web pages
- Developing & managing email automation using our email marketing platform
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to plan upcoming promotions
- Staying up to date with email design trends and what’s working in e-commerce marketing

What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in design / email marketing
- A strong portfolio showing your email and digital design work
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Understanding of email layout, spacing, and what makes a design click
- A genuine interest in helping customers discover great gear

Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Interest in the outdoors, boating, fishing, or camping
- Experience building automated email flows or using segmentation
