 Role Overview

As our appointment setter, you’ll play a key role in driving sales conversations that fuel our company’s growth.

You’ll leverage our AI booking bot that automatically engages leads and books meetings for you—meaning most of the heavy lifting is done.

Your main responsibility is to monitor the SMS pipeline, call booked leads at their scheduled time, and have short, professional conversations to confirm their needs—primarily if they’re looking for more work, more revenue, or better marketing systems.

This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor SMS conversations and ensure the AI booking bot is scheduling correctly

Call leads at their designated appointment times

Have clear conversations to confirm needs and pain points

Communicate professionally and respectfully with prospects

Hit weekly booking and conversion targets tied to performance bonuses

 Requirements

Must-Have

- Excellent English fluency (spoken and written)
- 6 months–2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer outreach
- Clear, confident phone communication (good mic quality required)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00PM Eastern Time (ET)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven—no micromanagement needed

Nice-to-Have

- Experience using GoHighLevel and Notion
- Familiarity with sales scripts or lead qualification calls

Compensation & Growth

- Base Pay:$250/month
- Performance Bonuses:
- +$250 for every 10 Showed booked meetings
- +$250 for every closed deal from your booked appointments
- Average Monthly Earnings: $1,500–$2,200 (based on consistent output)
- No earning cap—the more you perform, the more you earn

We intentionally keep the base pay lower to reward performance. This ensures that high performers are paid significantly more for their output and dedication. It’s a win-win—our best appointment setters consistently out-earn typical fixed-salary roles.
