We are a fast-growing, multimillion-dollar private label brand selling on Amazon. Our focus is on delivering high-quality niche products while creating an outstanding customer experience. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a skilled Amazon Brand & Catalog Manager to manage and optimize our product listings and help grow our brand presence.

Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Brand & Catalog Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing listings and growing brands on Amazon. This role is heavily focused on creating, optimizing, and managing product listings, while also supporting broader brand strategy and catalog health.

You must be fluent in flat file uploads, Amazon SEO, and resolving listing and compliance issues. The right candidate has a deep understanding of Amazon’s systems and is capable of executing improvements that drive visibility, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Creation & Optimization (Primary Focus)
Create, update, and fully optimize Amazon product listings using flat files and Seller Central.
Conduct keyword research and apply Amazon SEO best practices to improve organic ranking.
Write and optimize titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend search terms.
Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, and compliance issues, and resolve them proactively.
Ensure proper categorization, attributes, and variation structure for all SKUs.
Collaborate with Amazon Seller Support when needed to troubleshoot listing problems.

Brand & Catalog Management
Maintain and optimize A+ Content, Amazon Storefront, and Brand Registry assets.
Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, positioning, and performance.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor customer reviews and implement initiatives to improve ratings and brand reputation.
Plan and manage promotions, deals, and content calendars in coordination with marketing efforts.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track listing performance (conversion rate, CTR, organic ranking) and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Amazon Brand Manager, Catalog Manager, or Account Manager.
Expert-level experience with flat file uploads, listing optimization, and Amazon SEO.
Proven success in managing and growing private label brands on Amazon.
Experience working U.S. day shift hours and knowledge of the U.S. Amazon marketplace.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
