Reckless Royalties LLC is more than a brand — it’s a movement.
Our mission is to empower individuals who come from survival mode to shift into success mode — financially, mentally, and emotionally. The motto: “Reckless by History, Royal by Choice.”

We’re building a community that represents authenticity, resilience, and transformation — and we’re looking for a creative, reliable VA who’s ready to grow with the vision.

Your Main Responsibilities

You’ll be assisting directly with brand setup, marketing, and creative design. This includes:

Website Design (GoDaddy)

Complete the Reckless Royalties LLC website setup on GoDaddy.

Add brand logo, color palette, and fonts.

Build the Home, About, Shop, and Contact pages.

Ensure the site looks clean, mobile-friendly, and professional.

Merch Design (Hoodie Design via Canva)

Create two hoodie designs featuring the quotes:
???? “No Weapon Formed Against My Hustle Shall Prosper.”
"Reckless by history. Royal by choice."

Include the Reckless Royalties logo.

Provide mockups (front and back).

Must have your own Canva account and share/send over the rights to anything including Reckless Royalties LLC.

Video Editing

Edit a 1-minute video for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You’ll receive the voiceover; you handle visuals, clips, transitions, and graphics.

Add text overlays and sound that match the brand tone — real, raw, motivational.

Social Media & Marketing

Create one post (a quote graphic or motivational carousel) that aligns with the brand. (it might be the video you edit)

Help schedule posts, reply to comments, and respond to anyone inquiring about calls or collaborations.

Assist in managing page activity — must be responsive and reliable via WhatsApp or email. i would ask for no longer than a 30min gap when responding. Not required but appreciated.

Light scheduling tasks using Notion, Calendy, and Zoom (you’ll be trained if needed).

What We’re Looking For

Creative eye for clean, motivational branding

Must be open to learning new sites and AI as needed by the company. Opus Clip, Flow, ChatGpt and more.

Experience with Canva, video editing, and social media marketing

Must be proactive, very responsive, and reliable with a good heart and sense of humor. (This is still a fun environment)

Comfortable working directly with the founder

Understands timing, respect, and consistency

Available for mostly days + some required midnight shifts (flexible, discussed in advance)

Pay & Expectations

$20 For this test project (must be completed 2 days within employment acceptance. No exceptions sorry) with long-term potential ( the goal is to hire long term and grow together. However, I must see what you're made of first) lol.

Payment upon completion of the three deliverables: website setup, hoodie designs, video edit.

Must communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and be willing to grow with the brand.
