Job Overview

We’re searching for a creative, detail-obsessed Email Marketing Copywriter who can own the inbox. You’ll write weekly broadcasts, promotional pushes, and evergreen autoresponders directly inside MailerLite. You’ll leverage AI tools (ChatGPT & Claude 3.5 Sonnet) for speed, but your editing eye will ensure every word feels handcrafted in Jeremiah’s voice (Flesch-Kincaid 6–7: punchy, playful, faith-positive).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Creation: Write clear, persuasive copy for weekly newsletters, flash sales, and content drops.

Autoresponder Sequences: Build multi-step flows (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, re-engagement, upsell, webinar).

Voice Mirroring: Study past emails and Loom videos to replicate our cadence, humor, and Kingdom-minded optimism.

AI-Assisted Writing: Prompt ChatGPT & Claude, then refine to original, on-brand copy.

Subject Lines & Preview Text: Craft hooks that spike open rates.

Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and design to align emails with launches and promo calendar.

Performance Analysis: Track OR, CTR, CVR, and revenue; propose tests and optimizations.

Requirements — Hard Skills

2+ years professional email copywriting (portfolio required).

Hands-on MailerLite experience (segments, automations, A/B tests).

Daily user of ChatGPT & Claude 3.5 Sonnet; strong prompt engineering.

Native-level written English; impeccable proofreading.

Proven ability to match an established voice.

Solid grasp of direct-response principles and ecommerce/infoproduct funnels.

Requirements — Soft Skills

Extreme attention to detail (mention “purple panda” in your cover letter to prove it).

Creative yet strategic thinker.

Self-managed and deadline-driven; comfortable with a 2-hour overlap with US-Central time.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: USD 300 monthly
